he took it all too far but, boy, could he play guitar
Big 3-day music festival happening at the park next door. Foot traffic is crazy, streets shut down. Seems a good time to reread the #TarotSequence. Big to do also happening at the Lovers Estate. (Sending recurring pokes to a friend that he needs to read this book already!) @kdedwardsnc.bsky.social

What perfect albums came out when you were 16?

Ha! I just went through this exercise. I tried to make both Murmur and Let It Be fit but I was 17 by only months when they came out. Purple Rain too.

Revisited the 80s/90s #Batman movies in the last week. Of the #TimBurton films, #1 was better than I remembered and #2 was still pretty stellar....but man! Those Schumacher flicks were turds! Not camp enuff to be fun, not serious enuff for the nerds. Although, #JimCarrey made #3 almost palatable.

Special shoutout to Peter Snebjerg's addition to the title by allowing the hair to creep down to form a happy trail land. (2 of 2)

Decided to post comic art that spoke to me as gay dude, formative years & otherwise. Fond memories from the turn of the millennium: @stephensadowski.bsky.social 's Hawkman from JSA. Finally a hairy chest! How many decades did this take? The rest of him wasn't bad either. #comicbookbeefcake (1 of 2)

Hah! On Twitter, #NASA is being ranked in Trending while #SpaceX is apparently intentionally not. It was there last night but not today. The funny thing is is when you click on NASA it takes you to posts saying "If NASA were to fuck up the way SpaceX does, Elon would..."

I'm doing exactly the same thing. But my dog won't stop making my bed warmer than everywhere else in the joint.

Have to admit that I've never really been a fan of #Midnighter. The smug fascist drag of The Authority wore thin for me quickly ( #Planetary was way better). BUT his return in the Grayson series was inspired. He was interesting for the first time. And he gave Dick's ass one of its finest moments.

Hells yes. The visual style of that movie was stunning. I grew up in a rural setting and have been familiar with deer my entire life but I can't see them now without thinking of Annihilation and being very aware of that otherworldly vibe that naturally give off.
