The Eastern Veil Nebula in Cygnus. Captured last night from Los Gatos, CA with an Antlia ALP-T narrowband filter. Red is hydrogen, green is oxygen. Five hours of two-minute exposures shot with an Askar 600 refractor and ASI294MC camera, integrated in Pixinsight.

The Crescent Nebula in Vulpecula, captured June 22nd from Fremont Peak, California. This is a planetary nebula – a glowing sphere of dust and gas thrown off by a star nearing the end of its lifetime. Shot with a Stellarvue 102 telescope, ASI2600MC camera, and Antlia ALP-T dual band filter.

The Dumbbell Nebula, a planetary nebula in the constellation Velpecula. I captured this in June from Fremont Peak State Park with a Celestron 11 EdgeHD, an ASI2600 monochrome camera, and 3nm Antlia filters. Nine hours total integration.
