Great discussion! Agree with most, but question that combined with partisan gerrymandering, is just letting parties “experiment within” enough?
My questions:
⁃Voice of independents?
⁃Voters ablility to pick best candidate in each race?
⁃Is parties experimenting within enough to change incentives?

Probably the most important group to be listening to right now… Clinton/Biden voters who did not vote for Trump the first two times, but DID vote for him this time.
