In areas where there is no or little signalling component (eg, a bunch of short courses like safeguarding, introductory compliance training, etc) the world of MOOCs is huge and dominant.

No high functioning person with online access goes to in-person Level 1/2 food hygiene certificate training.

Roo is very gamey, very lean (they move around a lot! they don't just stand/graze like cows).

Because marsupials (like camelids and swine) are not ruminants, they have very low methane emissions - there is no fermentation happening in their guts. Therefore low impact on global warming!

I doubt the animals are big enough to hunt and eat commercially: kangaroo meat is fairly accessible (here) in Australia, I've never heard of wallaby meat for sale commercially, and hunting native Australian species is prohibited.

I'm sure there's some repulsive roadkill community that eats them!
