Absolutely. Temperature is a relative experience for ppl. Which makes it all the harder convincing them that 35 degrees is not a normal summer.

Difference in this case is also likely due to dry heat in the Sahel/desert and humid heat we get here. 35 dry is much more manageable for most ppl than 35 humid.

I mean who does not want such a book? It would be sth to distinguish from all the other pol sci books. If I was a publisher I would publish it.
