They confuse caramelizing with browning. Not the same flavor result, and caramelizing cannot be speeded up too much, except for a few techniques to get it going a little faster.

That doesn't explain why maximum efficiency and range is around 60 mph and not something slower. Similar issue for gas engines. Has to do with battery and motor efficiency, or gas engine and transmission efficiency.

Great story. But check the dates in the article. 2 of them are in the future...

I think it is odd that voting for the least popular candidate give you a greater voice in who might actually get elected. Could be manipulated

What is odd about RCV is that the people who voted first for the biggest losers have the most sway in who gets elected by virtue of their 2nd and 3rd choices

Divestment is not an effective strategy. All they could do is sell their stock to someone else. It doesn't affect Tesla profits at all and doesn't really affect the stock price. Boycott is a much more effective strategy -- stop buying Tesla's cars. That's what affects the bottom line.

Excellent piece. He captures what I have long said about you, Mr. Krugman. You have confidence in your own abilities and humility to admit when you're wrong, or at least entertain that you might be wrong. Thanks for so many years of excellent impactful work from this armchair economic hobbyist.

It's not the best word. But neither waa Christ. It got redefined by Jesus' servanthood and humility. So King must get redefined or else we shouldn't use it. I guess that's the point of the day but it gets lost easily.
