I think it depends upon the state. I live in Washington, we cannot buy automatic or semi-auto. For handguns, magazines have to be 10 or less rounds. Those that were before the laws are grandfathered. It doesn't stop someone going to another state and bringing them here illegally. Permits required.

And again, he has no authority to do this. And waging a war without congress approval. I hope every Latin American country complains to the UN.
