Karen Read. Why or how did the DA decide to prosecute her when they had collected evidence that entirely ruled out John O'Keef being hit by a car? When the evidence was presented at the trial I went full-stop she's innocent. They knew she was innocent yet they still went after her.

I'm very happy that Karen Read was exonerated by the jury but everyone seemed to miss one very important fact.

Looks like the jury is going to hang, again, thanks the jury instructions given by the judge. If I were on the jury we'd be at full stop when I or someone reiterates the indisputable fact that John was NOT struck by a vehicle. That's the prosecution's foundation and they certainly didn't prove it.

Assuming a not-guilty finding by Karen Read's jury, I'd strongly suggest that she relocate. If she stays where she is her freedom, perhaps even her life would be at risk. There's a big country out there Karen. You can disappear quite easily.
