Before Pheidippides ran the famous 26 miles from Marathon to Athens to announce Greek victory over the Persians, he first ran 246 km from Athens to Sparta to send word of the Persian invasion.

#Runeverystreet in #NorthVan and #WestVan 78% complete, 620km. Just passed 20km in total elevation. 913 basketball hoops and 226 red Muskoka chairs. Ahead of schedule to finish before the end of year (and hopefully ahead of the winter weather).
