No doubt AIPAC was important (they recruited Latimer to run!), but I don't think its testable if Bowman wins w/o AIPAC spending... Latimer had opened a major lead in polls before AIPAC even started spending in earnest (if I have the timeline correct) yonkerstimes.com/poll-finds-l...

Thats a fair point, Eric (and I didn't choose the title!!). I guess its a matter of understanding the geographic context of "backyard." I was considering Denver at-large the backyard for homeowners. But perhaps I should rethink that!
