National Security Advisor Mike Waltz has announced that Steve Witkoff, Trump's Middle East special envoy, is leaving Russian airspace with American Marc Fogel in tow in what he is calling an "exchange" with the Kremlin.

Trump has increased the amount of money he alleges USAID spent for sending "condoms to Hamas."

He had originally pegged the sum at $50 million. He has now doubled it to $100 million.

A since-removed USAID report said $0 of the $8 million earmarked for global condom distribution went to Gaza.
