As a German person, I am very annoyed by constant asking for money and delaying deadlines by german car makers. Just because their management is fucked up and only praises combustion engines. Before buying my EV I did not even look for any German cars anymore.

I too hate Netanyahu for all his actions. But that would not justify harming my jewish neighbours. But still, I get your point.

Ich denk mir das jedes Mal wenn die Ruinen aus Kriegsgebieten in Bildern zu sehen sind.. All das Glück, Hoffnung und Freude die dort mal zu Hause waren. Alles verlassen und zerstört, Menschen sind gestorben und wurden vertrieben. Im Krieg gibt es keine Gewinner. :-(

Ist Merz noch nicht dran wieder auf AKWs zu setzen? Neben Kohle und Gas ist das für ihn doch wahrscheinlich erste Wahl..

Der Reaktor hatte Designschwächen, ja. Aber der eigentliche Unfall wurde durch einen Test verursacht, der unbedingt erfolgreich sein sollte und keine Toleranz für Fehler ließ. Daher der Kommentar bzgl. Energiepolitik. Gibt auch interessante Dokus dazu.

Uh, are they still there? Last time I heard about Ritter Sport in RUS was in late 2022, when several companies already pulled back.

I had the same thoughts about northern Scandinavia too. -40C and 2-3 months without sun and still some Sámi people settled there.

At least here in Finland every Lukoil station I came across is closed for a week now. Better late than never, but it's a shame it took the government so long to get these places shut down.
