Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden

I find it surprising. My main stack involves knative/istio but surely spinning up a server with auth and otel middlewear is pretty standard stuff in any language. I am reasonably confident I could do it in languages i've not touched for a while e.g. c#, Python.

Are devs not learning the basics?

If too many folks are out of work and layoffs go too far....whole are companies going to sell their AI created products to?

The "more with same people" makes sense but not on a balance sheet....the creator of which will be, ironically, next for the chop.

One - nil.

Spent many a winters evening playing this. Very basic but so addictive.

It's a picture of a grave stone with the following epitaph:

I have so many but narrowed down to family friendly games (no Doom, Privateer 2 etc) and decided to go with this as it's superb and was developed a 20 minute walk from where I live.

There's also a nice tribute a few hundred yards from the developer's old office.

Yes this does come as a shock, however I'm grateful to have lived through a period of colossal change with each generation genuinely bringing excitement all the way from days of the Spectrum

My kids are unlikely to experience the awe I've felt with each jump in tech and the games that came with it.

My understanding is that there was an AWS oversight in their IAM service that had a dependency on US resulting in non US regions still feeling some pain too.

It would be surprising if HMRC were running their services in a US region

Looks in way better condition than most of the DI boxes I've ever used....and they also worked fine.

It's the brand new looking stuff that's to be distrusted, bashed up gear is bashed up as it's been used and hasn't failed.

Wow, you win the prize for today....congratulations.

Linus created Git not Github. I'd also suggest MS have contributed more than 5% of what Github is today.

Not sure if they count as traditional "popular music" but plenty brass in ska, ska-punk and funk music.

While social media makes finding an audience easier I do wonder if the sudden attention (positive and negative) becomes addictive to certain people. They then find themselves in a situation where they have to keep doubling down and can no longer be measured lest they loose their following.

Aye? Well I'm banning your RPGs and bringing back point and click adventures. Any arguments and you can talk to Max

I am willing to accept that Trump is actually grieving for a friend, thinks this is a weakness and in his childish mind not talking about it is the best way to avoid showing said weakness.

There are a lot of people who I find utterly abhorrent that are hurting right now. They have my sympathy.

Just be thankful you didn't spend part of your Friday evening searching for a crocheted gall bladder that your cat had at some point through the day gotten a hold of.....
