Custom Popover Menu with SwiftUI

I really don’t like the lack of customization in SwiftUI's native Menu, so I built my own!

Used resultBuilders to try and make composing it as close as possible to the feel of a native SwiftUI component 🎯

Settled on a name for my Kanban board app 🎉

But why is designing an app icon so hard? 🥲 I’ve tried out so many ideas but I’m not liking any of them! 🤣

Sharing some designs I’ve playing around with - am I just overthinking this? 💭

Love how easy it is to create custom TabBars in SwiftUI! 😮‍💨

Wild how small daily progress adds up!

Last week, this was just an idea. Now, the core functionality for an MVP is almost ready. 🚀

The goal? To improve the experience of using Kanban boards on mobile. 🎯

Drag-and-drop is way too finicky — could swiping be the answer?

Originally was using SwiftData to persist data in the new app I’m building, but I kept getting random crashes and weird behaviour.

Took it out and replaced it with CoreData and now everything working like butter 🧈

Anyone else faced these kinda problems with SwiftData?

Kanban boards have always been great on desktop, but on mobile having to drag and drop doesn’t translate well.

Swiping feels much more natural.

This is a prototype I built out yesterday. Still a work in progress but I’m curious to hear your thoughts? 👀
