Difficult to reconcile the fact that the (at best) plain Beta was related to the very pretty Coupé and HPE. My Coupé was the only car I’ve ever regretted selling.

My first overseas GP, went with Chequers Travel. Hissing with rain, I remember water running down the concrete steps of the grandstand.
We’d just arrived and the session stopped. Can’t remember whether it was Anthony Marsh or Bob Constanduros on English commentary duties at the circuit.
