Update on season ending ski injury from Dec.
Surgery 1 week ago (with temp postop Rx dog). Arthroscopic images of new ACL look pretty darn good to my non-orthopedic eyes. No cartilage damage, so can bear weight. Physical therapy 2x/week and a new PT aid today, quad muscle stimulator! 😬

My US Masters ski racing season is over before it began. While GS training at Copper Mtn I sustained a L-knee injury. Initially assessed as a depressed tibial plateau fx. Placed in knee immobilizer and crutches and NWB on L-leg. Drove back to Minneapolis over two days. (continued)
