Gas over electrification still?

Key reasons:
1) industry inertia
2) costs (gas is underpriced)
3) intermittency (but this is a feature, not a bug)

- use of waste heat from AC

All carried through Energy Performance Contracting.

Electrification is efficiency, stories matter, but also getting pricing right (natural gas to electricity)
