Just because you can, doesn't mean you should

I know that it is supposed to be "blue sky," like an atmospheric metaphor. But I like to think of it ascrhym8ng with "brewski."

Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt is the right standard to use for not going to jail. It is not a good standard to use as a qualification for positions like Attorney General, Secretary of Defense, or shift manager at Hardees.
