The most lucrative lawsuit against Trump hasn't been filed yet. The Nazis have a slam dunk case against Trump for copyright infringement and plagiarism.
Actual 2025 Labor Dept social media posters.
Blond haired, blue eyed MEN are our future, supposedly.
TY @merylkornfield.bsky.social for reporting.

Grateful for the service of all veterans. Photo is from a 1943 tour by Eleanor Roosevelt of military hospitals in the Pacific. My uncle, Lt. Joe Shea (3rd from right, back row), was her pilot for one stretch of that tour.
Joe Shea and his crew all died when their plane went down in January 1945.

Happy Veterans Day to all! After high school, my father served a two year hitch on aircraft carriers, with the Navy rank of AET3. David Shea kept the electronics working on the planes. Two cruises- the shakedown for the Saratoga and a good will tour of the Mediterranean.
Thank you to veterans.

Grateful for the service of all veterans, including my Uncle Don. After he finished his college degree, Pvt. Donald Marchione served a two year Army hitch, mostly stationed in West Germany.
And grateful for the service of all military families. The sacrifices are not just borne by those in uniform.

I find reading the bumperstickers on the other cars in the parking lot to be as reliable as GPS to confirm you are in the right place.

It's that time of year again in the National Capital Region. The leaves are down and the Scouts comin' around!
Saturday, November 8th leave a bag of nonperishables on your front porch or by the front door. Scouts will start picking up at 8 am for this food drive. In Arlington, it will support AFAC.

Feels great to substitute teach today at an award winning high school that helped a lot of students to register to vote! Give them partial credit for the high turnout yesterday in Virginia.

Grateful to have been there for the Flemming Awards, a dozen honorees for public service. LCDR Melissa De Vera was honored for her extraordinary work at the Indian Health Service, leading on expanding public health infrastructure.
The whole evening celebrated government workers- and that felt grand.

Shout out and thanks to the amazing artists at the Arlington Tesla Takedown- the Saturday edition.

The intent of the amendment process in Virginia's Constitution is so all voters can weigh in how an elected official voted on the proposed amendment (thus, has to be recorded vote in the GA) at the next GA election; and it has to be approved again by new GA.
That's why Dems waited too long for plan.

Both @hopeforvirginia.bsky.social and @senatorhashmi.bsky.social are elected officials who go 24/7 to make Virginia an even better Commonwealth. So, of course, the yards signs I put out to urge you to vote for them are going 24/7.
Vote early on Saturday Nov 1st or on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov 4th.

We need more superheroes in Congress like Rep. Suhas Subramanyam if we are going to turn this around and save democracy in America. Shout out and thanks to @repsuhas.bsky.social - from the Leesburg Halloween parade.

One way to think of the collapse of Democracy in America is that the true American Bill, reflecting rule of law and checks and balances, has been AWOL for years. Uncle Sam needs old school lawmaking.
So my highlight of the Leesburg Halloween parade was the chance for a long overdue reunion.

We now know that if Trump had appeared as a zombie on The Walking Dead instead of The Apprentice, he would have won that elusive Emmy. He nails this role.

Re-reading the 25th Amendment. It is supposed to cover presidential incapacitation, but is silent on when the president becomes a zombie.
October 29, 2025 at 12:55 AM
My opposition is in based on it won't work, eliminates primaries, changes the subject, and gives Republicans running for Congress in 2026 a legitimate complaint.
It's a distraction when Virginia Democrats should be focused on delivering big for the Commonwealth in all the areas Trump is destroying.

From this weekend.
Shout out and thanks to the Marymount University volunteers who were at the RAM clinic in Harrisonburg. They supported all areas of the free health care clinic, and also ran fall risk prevention screenings. I got screened- at my age it is wise.
Marymount is repping Arlington well!

Some of the vision clinic team from the RAM clinic in Harrisonburg this weekend. On Saturday itself, we served over a hundred patients with free vision care- eye exams and glasses. Shout out to the eye doctors and optician who volunteered and served the patients so well!

From the RAM Free Clinic in Harrisonburg this weekend! Come back in August for a great exhibit of flowers and crops. But this weekend, it was all free vision care
