Fun things I was told on my first visit to City Island in NYC: people who were born and raised there are called Clam Diggers, and the transplants who’ve moved there are called Mussel Suckers. What a quirky and wonderful unexplored part of the city! 10/10 recommend!

This was such a charming and delightful show, and then Eva Longoria, Gloria Estefan, Sofia Vergara, Ana Navarro and so many others came out on stage to celebrate it! ❤️❤️❤️

I competed this weekend in my first “home chef” contest and came in second place! With a roasted tomato polenta tart that had some whipped ricotta and toasted pine nuts on it!

I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.

Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

So enjoyed checking out Luna Luna at The Shed. What an amazing treat to experience and see how Keith Haring, Basquiat, Andre Heller, Kenny Scharf, Lichtenstein and so many others came together to pull off an amusement park made of art in the 1980s. 💚 #lunaluna #keithharing #theshed #nyc

The latest episode of the podcast I co-host at @poptrashmuseum.bsky.social is out, and it’s all about Christmas kitsch. I also love that one of Santa’s reindeer is wearing Sally Jessy Raphael glasses in the promo graphic :) It’s gotta be Prancer, right? podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/p...

Love the #kennedycenterhonors each year, and this opening dedicated to Bonnie Raitt is 🔥

“Nick of Time” is one of those songs that always hits… just such a stunning reflection of the passage of time and how fast life goes and how love finds ways to seep in ❤️

Whoa, “Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story” on HBO/Max was really sweet and heartbreaking. Terrific storytelling and some incredible interviews with family and fellow actors reflecting on his legacy 💔

This makes me happy because “Dancing with Myself” by Maren Morris is SUCH a chill, joyful take on the original.

My hope for everyone is to experience the unbridled joy that comes from attending a pug meet up. Especially when someone opens a treat bag

Just watched this cover story on #CBSSundayMorning and it’s such a gut punch. My heart truly breaks for all these families. More journalism and storytelling like this, please.

Halloween literally feels like it was 10 years ago given the chaos of the last week. Anyway, here’s my pug as a German bar maiden if anyone needs a break from “Trump nominates Yosemite Sam as Treasury Secretary” headlines
