In an alternative world I was running Valencia today. Instead I managed a 12 mile run today. My longest for a few months. Nothing quite like slugging through the mud of the Kentish countryside. Feeling like the body is finally ready to kick on again and focus on Copenhagen in the spring.

I don't think anything will quite get back to the early days of "the other place" but this seems pretty good so far.
