Can create/edit/delete recipients? Can he edit the amounts sent to said entities? Could he just delete someone completely so that they cease to exist/change someone's identity? Are they establishing private police? Assassins? It's been called a coup. Is he establishing the Kremlin on American soil?

Every 4 years since my 20's there would be a chorus of people calling for a pardon. He's served 50 years. He's an old man. Whether his conviction was just or unjust, he's served his time. In the hearing he was contrasted against the 1,600 Jan 6 pardons for people who's actions were recorded on film.

It hasn't happened in a while. It has usually happened to me around or at significant events, like TEDX or Bioneers, in their early years, where I was very open and walking into a space with other open people.
