Strange necklace
Lugia finds a discarded full incense and assumes it to be a necklace. The incense inflates them to an obscene size, becoming completely immobilized by the gas from it. Thanks to their new turned state, this Lugia will have quite a bit of time to contemplate the weight of their misjudgment up in the stratosphere.
