So Conker lives next to the Nintendo of Europe branch. On the map you see the quarter "Gutleutviertel" which could be translated to good folks quarter.

Btw: his Japanese name is Ukki (ウッキー) so it's not that poorly translated.

Fun fact: He looked different in SM64 but they changed the appearance of Ukiki in SM64 DS to resemble him more like the monkeys from SMW2 Yoshi's Island where they originally were called Grinders (same as the Buzz Saws from SMW).
