After trying Pyramid Fusion Flats for nearly a year now with my adjustable intonation bridge, I made some final adjustments, took measurements, and carved a fixed string saddle. It sounds great.
The top profile flows organically around the post/wheels and the individual string saddles. The profile from the sides moves up and down in smooth steps.

Recently I modeled the rough 3D shape for a new bridge saddle, intonated for La Bella flats. All views are from the player's perspective, with the bass side close.
The completed bridge saddle and individual string saddles will have some chamfering and filleting, to relieve sharp edges, but that work will be done by hand with files, and it's troublesome to model them. The wood species used for individual string saddles, bridge saddle, wheels and foot are selected to progressively step down in density as energy passes from string to top. The string saddles are tapered below the bridge saddle surface, to fit snugly into tapered holes. The metal bridge posts are threaded into the saddle. The wheels adhere to the posts and rest on the foot. The wheels/posts turn freely on/in a tapered hole in the foot, close fitting at foot top, and wider at foot bottom. The foot is designed to be flexible in every direction, so that areas of the bridge structure and guitar top can vibrate independently and develop complete harmonic content.
