actually the entire segment of misbiz where they throw that bridge to a fan is incredible and genius
that song has barely no significance to *them* anymore but they know how impacting it is in a cultural sense so they use it as a pride source for the ones that supported from the very start

the way grease pencil works was *not* meant for this kind of stuff i'm afraid 😭
it's a miracle that it works in the first place, every time i did had to try it had a bunch of issues especially when it came to countour of 3d objects

and consequentially restoring these images with dynamic framerate digitally sucks as well because there is always gonna have field divergences and combining both gives you 30fps ghosting

it's not like character generators (i will hereby deny those being called "chyron"s for the rest of my life) were alpha-key based anyways - so you're going really "accurate" ish as far as that goes lol

the issue about windows is less about the format used and moreso that cleartype has an awful renderer even if we take in the context of hinting et al
