I often experienced that there is simply no availability. Even if they had the money there are no pharmacies or doctors to prescribe medication in rural areas of developing countries.

As far as i know the biggest buyer of pharmaceuticals is the UK’s NHS which the US is desperate to dismantle. The NHS is as far as I know also the one who get’s the cheapest prices because of the volume they buy. Which means for UK citizens affordable/free medicine.

So which platform is now a good alternative?
