You are no longer an effective communicator. Companies compete and thus seek to keep costs low. It is our job as voters to make sure they are required to treat labor well. Any failures to do this our ours, not the profit seeking machines. Why speak to people in fallacies? This is *our* task.

If the Constitution isn't being upheld by those that took the oath to do so, then there can be no peaceful disobedience because protesters have no rights or legal recourse or protections.
