Many are struggling and it looks different on all of us. That doesn’t make yr struggles any less valid. Yr challenges and feelings matter, and it’s okay 2 acknowledge them. U don’t need to downplay yr experiences just because others are going through tough times 2. Be kind 2 yourself. #selfcare
