Try something that’s relaxing or soothing. Put on some jazz, lullabies or classic music. Coloring, reading, turn down the lights, maybe turn off all electronics to bring the energy down. Give them a warm bath, massage their little muscles, rub some lotion with lavender on them, wrap them up tight.

I mean I know those of us that knew all along were not convinced otherwise. But journalists and the media are irritating the fuck out of me pretending to be clueless. SMH
