It’s the start of SB62 day 2! We still don’t have an agenda adopted, which means negotiations cannot begin until that happens, and when the parties reconvene later this morning to try & finalize it again, there won’t be any language interpretation due to UN budget cuts. #SB62 #UNFCCC #UnitedNations
