At the beginning of the reading, it states that saying "we've always done it this way" is not a good reason to keep going. I agree with this statement because it should be up to the patients, clinicians, and researchers of this day and not follow the agenda.

But I think that if a therapist shares their notes, it should be very confidential. However, this method can help patients learn how their therapist thinks, allowing them to see the progress they have made since the beginning of their sessions.
