my gf is almost 2 yrs post op and says she occasionally has fleeting feelings that its still there

its like the words get stuck in my throat when i try to simply express im not ok until i just give up
cant even type this without telling myself nobody is gonna see it here anyway
like someone inside me refuses to let me speak unless its somewhere i wont be heard

especially when Ive not been heard from in a couple months or more.
I put all the energy i can into building and maintaining friendships, its extremely depressing when I just dont have it to give. maybe I have issues with expectations? yeah probably. still i dont know what to do
