Not weird & it “moves the needle”. The Thai govt has done this in past yrs (along w/other govts) & there’s plenty of research to evidence that burning spirit money emits carcinogens & has a measurable impact on pollution over cny. To write it’s not as detrimental is to engage in whataboutism

great piece, thx 4 sharing. I mostly agree & would add the NYer’s interview w/ Dr. Voss who supports Dr. Gay despite the plagiarism accusation as also a valuable read. I think there are differences bet. Dr Kornbluth & Dr Gay’s response as well as MIT & Harvard’s however that Tillery just ignores.
