I was a shop steward for National Association of Letter Carriers. That was always the 1st thing to tell ppl. If they want you to do something you think is against the law/contract, ask for it in writing, signed & dated. It is amazing how often management backs off instead of putting it down on paper

I incorporated this into our Christmas a few years ago. My kid, who’s not really into reading, was a little bummed. But now he actually looks forward to it. This year he ask “are we doing the book thing on Christmas Eve this year?” It makes for the most relaxing night. I love it.

Walking through the casino last year to get to check in sent me into overwhelm with all the lights, and sounds, people, and smoke. Lol
