I assume pixi will handle the package resolution and dependency installation, Mise would only just give you the pixi executable to execute.

Terraform/OpenTofu for sure. I really dislike the Cloudformation experience personally.
There are nice terraform hooks like tfsec, trivy, and infracost which add some nice security/best practices as well as cost estimates for your deployments.

Building on what you said above. Mise for all my programming language and environment variable management on a per directory level. The zsh plugin called fzf-tab-completion . Rectangle for window snapping. Lazygit if you live in the terminal. If you are in a GUI editor you don't need it as much.
