My insulin in commercial insurance is $0 for the 3rd year running. My mom’s insulin on Medicare is/remains $35 a month. That’s what she pays. To argue it’s not the “price” is semantics, and a distinction w/o difference practically.

My insulin remains $0, because insurance + PBM currently consider it part of “vital med prog.” Doesn’t mean it’ll stay $0, and not revert to Tier2 $35 monthly copay. But it’s $0 for now - as it has been for all of 2023/2024.
