The system was built by white men, for white men. As a white man, I’m ready for that to change.

For a long time, white men historically have been hired into roles they aren’t qualified for at a higher rate than any other community of people.

In actuality, having DEI hiring practices allows for companies to get the most qualified candidates, by giving individuals in under-represented communities a chance.

I wish I cared less about marginalized communities to not pay attention to politics. Women, LGBTQ+ individuals and minorities are under attack and I’m pretty fed up with it
