Question: Congress needs to address the debt ceiling. What should House Dems do? (1) vote against eliminating the ceiling? (2) abstain & see if the Rs can reach consensus (to keep focus/blame on them)? (3) vote to eliminate the ceiling (maybe not the best way to control government spending anyway)?
