well there are a few subs for cms only, however they don't give u much attention since most pp there are artist trying to sell their cms as well lol, but u can give it a try to see what happens. And also i think there are quite a lot of original art subs as well, if u search them.

and if u start using Reddit, try with the subreddit of ur fandom, it will help a lot. However promotion is prohibited in some subs so just do it subtly, like posting ur art frequently then drop a hint about u open for cms. Hope that would be helpful tho

yeah i can relate, some pp would ask too many question about our services without actually using it. If they kept doing it again, you should say something to them about them wasting your time or just simply block them lol

it's ok sis, i think their budget is tight from the beginning, and they were not your target clients so don't worry about it. I'm sure there are a lot pp is willing to cms you if you find the right place to promote! And I suggest you try with Reddit :3
