For those who keep score, none of the "top" 11 law schools signed. But a big swath of the next-in-line did: #12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21 and 24. (Berkeley, UCLA, Cornell, Georgetown, Minnesota, UNC-Chapel Hill, Boston University). They are modeling leadership and unity for us.

Annotated sheets here. This pattern is not random. It could just be social, i.e. these Deans knew each other. But it looks like "top" law schools can't find their voice. Mr. Rogers said, "Look for the helpers" - but maybe don't look for them in the Ivies. And rethink those rankings. 2/
