Wondering if anyone has tried suing Rogan or Spotify. Lawsuits seem to be one of the few things “their side” understand. Immense harm has come and will come from their messaging, no matter how they wrap it up as just asking questions.
There must be a lawsuit in there somewhere…

Schumer argues the shutdown would be even worse. Not clear to me how that’s possible, but a simple explanation if possible is appreciated. Would a shutdown actually stop Trump/Musk from burning things down for a period of time, or would it give them more power??

Maybe the terminology should be updated. They aren’t really against gender affirming care. They love gender affirming care for cisgender people. They hate gender affirming care for transgender people. They don’t understand, and they are afraid, and we know that fear is the path of the dark side.

Why don’t hospitals sue the govt? We’re relying on individuals suing and stage AGs suing. Hospitals should work together and bring their own lawsuits and fight for their patients, for their ethics, for the science.

Awful! Beyond disappointing. Thought Newsom was an ally.

This podcast was highly disappointing, and is truly harmful the trans community. Shame on PSA, who should know better than to host sanctimonious Maher, who is either just cruel, or doesn’t understand that he doesn’t understand. This was beyond poor form. Do better. Host trans guests.

While this is both terrible and highly anxiety provoking, I can only hope that hospitals and institutions who have stopped care are working together and getting ready to fight back with waves of lawsuits against the Trump administration.
