It's a tough balance to strike. I follow some accounts here because I find their reposts very useful and/or they lead to interesting discovery. But it can also lead to a lot of noise and distraction.

This isn't the precise solution you're looking for, but the Mutuals feed is useful for zeroing in on the actual posts of accounts you follow vs their reposts.
