Great episode of Hard Fork. Minor correction: major reason for Russians to use VPNs is to access resources that are restricted by Russian government. In Russia now use of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn is banned. X and YouTube are “slowed” (de facto banned).

Great episode (as always). It might be even better if you would mention that Claude is not only better as a conversationalist and “thing with empathy” but it is also restricted from using Internet. This unfortunate situation forces one to switch to 4o although it is objectively worse :-(
