yes right after reading your blog i have noticed on Instagram too where they mention to buildup body we should have perfect gym wear, bands and specific gym equipment only

true even 10 hours of continues study session without focus sometimes cant even be equal to 30 minutes session with full focus. ⏰

i totally loved your this blog as i have noticed it so many times myself too that once i am craving something and mention it once to my friends on call my whole Instagram feed is filled with that food suggestion only.
