Today in "I am a competent adult, I swear": my office got rennovated in Feburary, and in the clear out, I put my office mate's wireless mouse somewhere ~ clever ~ so it didn't get knocked about and then neither of us could find it, until this morning, when I went to get a sugar packet for my tea

An freilichin Purim/Chag Purim Sameach!
My husband surprised me when I got home yesterday with gluten free hamantashen dough that I had been too overwhelmed to deal with, because they are fiddly even with gluten. We assembled them together and they turned out so beautifully
A plate full of eight Hamantashen, that are beautifully intact, on a white plate with some arty lines across it. Four of the cookies are blackberry, four are apricot lavender, both jams made by significant people in our lives.

The most handsome guy around

When the cat Decides somewhere is his new spot, you are rather morally obligated to comply (Until yesterday, this shelf had a whole bunch of just Random Things on it, not that that stopped him from settling there)

I'm convinced there is more than a little touch of Menace in all tuxedo cats. My boy's back legs got badly damaged when he was a kitten, but that has not stopped him from performing some pretty amazing leaps, and he is ridiculously good at climbing

Turns out, Koblenz is genuinely the lovely city its reputation makes it out to be!
