Of those on SNAP 39% are children, 20% are over 60 yo, 10% are disabiled, 1.3M are active duty or retired military. The rest are the working poor (our tax $ subsidize low-pay greedy corps).

I can't believe our ambassador to the UN voted to deny food as a human right. She should have resigned rather than follow that order. Yet this was old news from Nov 2021 during Biden's term. WTF! I guess establishment Dems are as guilty as Repugs when it comes to being influenced by AIPAC donations.

Today's #NoKings day protests were another success. I attended 2 events. One in Freeport, IL was simply lining the streets of a major Route. People laughed & chanted. Passing cars honked horns in solidarity. The other was in Monroe, WI outside the county's historical society on the town square. 👇
