Recently I'm noticing that people with 2-3-4 years of working in given field start calling themself "experienced" - for ex in development, design, management.
But what does it actually mean to be "experienced"? And ildo you think 2-3 years is enough to become significantly experienced? 🤔

Recently I'm learning more and more that: 1 - I don't trust majority of the content I'm consuming (from companies and individuals), 2 - I'm so hungry for AUTHENTIC content that I just can't besr most of experts at that point.
Anyone have some legit recommendations for people to follow these days?

I realized I'm a hoarder. I hoard knowledge. When facing any problem I resort to searching knowledge.
But these days knowledge is not so valuable any more as it's so easily available.
The new black for me is to be flexible and capable to solve problems with the resources we have at hand.
