You have to get through the first 3 weeks. Gets easier to motivate yourself to do it after that. At least in my experience of developing a good or getting rid of a bad habit. Best of luck!

They are afraid their child will die, not the stigma. I know. My child did die and we spent years wondering if and when it would happen. It's a gut wrenching way to live.

I'm a retired RN. Maybe I'm ignorant, but I wouldn't have any idea how to find out how much an xray in any given facility would cost. Nor would I really want to be searching for the best price while either I or a loved one was ill or injured and suffering.

What I especially appreciate about you and your writing is that you often bring up that we are where we are today because of the whitewashing of the Reagan and Bush eras. Never could understand how people fell for that.

We have construction all around the new build we moved into 7 months ago. Our fiber optic cable has been cut 5 times since we moved. When it happens again, as I’m sure it will, believe me it ain’t gonna be okay .

One of his children went to the same high school as my kid. Before he was elected to state office. At school events I would watch him smugly strut around. I mean he was a noticeable jerk way back then. That he now holds the power that he does just sickens me.
