First off, CONGRATS!! Secondly, we paid a friend to keep the day itself organized (rounding up family for pictures, dealing with the caterers etc)

Also, and this one is tougher, don't hire caterers who later get busted for trafficking their kitchen staff. Ask me how I know 😬
